Our two modern, comfortable apartments can accommodate 2-6 people. The Tyrolean style apartments are equipped with modern facilities and furnishings.
When you arrive the stress of everyday life will quickly be forgotten. Our house is located near the center of Ellmau and restaurants, bars, shops, ski school and rental are within walking distance.
No matter what the time of year, summer, spring, or autumn, our natural paradise is perfect for hiking and walking, mountain biking, golf, horseback riding, or swimming in our beautiful mountain lakes. With a weekly program and events there is something for the whole family.
In winter, with ski lifts located directly in front of the house, you have a direct connection to the Skiwelt-Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area. The Skiwelt is Austria’s largest ski area, 91 modern cable cars and lifts, 279 km of perfectly prepared ski slopes, 210 kilometers of which have snow making giving a snow guarantee throughout the season. Over 70 huts invite you to enjoy the very best of our Tyrolean cuisine. The region also offers winter hiking, ski guiding and tours and guided, night skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and much more. Ski schools are located in the immediate vicinity.

Enjoy your stay in the two modern, comfortable apartments with an elegant Tyrolean style for 2-6 persons.
1 – 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The bright, high-quality materials create an atmosphere where you can relax and restore you energies.
Both apartments are equipped with parquet floors, latex mattresses with hypoallergenic equipment and a central vacuum cleaning system. Please note that no pets are allowed. The house has a ski room with a boot dryer.
